While being named after the Atchafalaya National Wildlife Refuge, the Atchafalaya Vest was designed to be as rugged as the hardwood swampland of the lower Mississippi River valley. Banded’s goal was to create a vest that would overcome the rigors of the outdoors with comfort and style. Through excellent materials and precise engineering processes, Banded was able to achieve their goal. The Atchafalaya Vest features a superb weather resistant and wind proof stealth-shell fabric on the exterior. Banded then added a coral fleece inner layer for added warmth without the bulk. Whether you are battling the cool mist and mud of the southern swampland or the brisk wind and sleet of the northern prairie, the Atchafalaya Vest will perform.
